It has now been scientifically proven that the genetic material known as microRNA found in vegetables do not cause any harm through being digested. This makes these mix in our blood and produce only positive results in as much as they even modify our genes in a positive way. This has been discovered by Chen Yu Zhang of Nanjing University in China. As such, the consumption of vegetables is even more compulsive if we want to live a healthier life.
