E&D, Times of Malta’s flagship food magazine, is back with a selection of summery recipes to celebrate the new season.

It’s the season for fresh fish, both at home and at the myriad restaurants that dot our islands, and E&D takes the eco-friendly angle and delves into ways in which we can enjoy our fish and seafood in a more sustainable manner, accompanied by appropriate recipes, of course.

This edition continues with the drive to raise awareness about food intolerance and healthier eating. By readers’ request, Jacqui Farrugia is back with a fresh selection of gluten-free recipes.
