Twenty projects thought up and implemented by students benefitted from a €100,000 government fund promoting entrepreneurship, Parliamentary Secretary for Small Businesses, Jason Azzopardi said.

The scheme, set up as part of a Budget promise, was available to public, private and Church schools to launch projects and initiatives where children would learn more about businesses.

Dr Azzopardi was speaking when he visited one of the projects at Sta Margherita College in Vittoriosa, which was put together by 30 students from schools within the college.
