A 300-year-old violin crafted by legendary string instrument-maker Antonio Stradivari and worth €10 million will be played at a concert in Valletta next month.

Titled A Stradivarius Among Us, the concert will take place on March 15 at St Paul’s Anglican Cathedral with proceeds going to cancer charities. It will feature world-renowned Stradivarius player Matteo Fedeli.

The violin will be on display at the President’s Palace, Valletta on March 14 and entry will be free. Tickets for the concert are available on www.ticketline.com.mt.
