Students from St Martin’s College, Swatar, recently took part in an adventure holiday at the PeterGordon Lawrence experience at Liddington, Wiltshire, UK.
The students engaged in a number of challenging activities, including quad biking, treetop trail, abseiling, raft building, zip wire, archery, canoeing, climbing, crate challenge, giant swing, Jacob’s ladder, low ropes, orienteering, mountain-biking, vertical challenge, aero ball and fencing.
This was complemented by social events every evening. A visit to the centre of Bristol was included in the itinerary, where the children also enjoyed an evening of ice skating.
The aim of this activity-based trip was to help students gain more confidence, learn new skills and make friends from other countries.
