Beale: Liverpool Under-23 coach Michael Beale is to leave the club to become assistant manager at Brazilian side Sao Paulo. Beale, who has been involved at the Reds’ academy since September 2012, has indicated to the club he intends to leave for a position elsewhere. It is understood his destination is Sao Paulo to become assistant to well-known former goalscoring goalkeeper Rogerio Ceni, who took charge at the South American club last week.

Rhodes: Aitor Karanka has confirmed for the first time that Jordan Rhodes can leave Middlesbrough. The 26-year-old is out of favour and is reportedly wanted by Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday. He said: “Jordan a player in this squad but if he wants to leave, if we receive the right offer from a club that wants to buy him, and we are happy with the deal, then fine. But if he wants to stay here, he’s part of the squad.”

Gabbiadini: Everton had a £14.5 million rejected for Napoli striker Manolo Gabbiadini, according to Calciomercato. Gabbiadini has fallen down the pecking order at the Italian club, however, it’s reported that they want closer to £20m for the player.

Robben: Arjen Robben has revealed he is close to agreeing a new deal with Bayern Munich. The Dutchman’s contract is up at the end of the season. Robben said: “My father is ready (for a talk), he likes to drink coffee with Rummenigge. I read as well about the contract term, but we are not so far apart.“Maybe everything is done after one talk. It will not be very difficult.”

Flint: Aden Flint has signed a new deal at Bristol City that will keep him at the club until 2020. The 27-year-old centre-back has made 169 appearances for the Robins and scored 25 times. Bristol City boss Lee Johnson said: “Aden’s career progression has been excellent, through from his non-league days.”

Kessie: Atalanta’s prospect Franck Kessié is being watched by Premier League clubs, according to Gazzetta dello Sport. The 19-year-old is reportedly wanted by Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal. The Ivory Coast international has enjoyed a brilliant start to the season, scoring five times from midfield.
