Sanchez: Alexis Sanchez is available for Chile’s World Cup qualifier against Uruguay after returning from injury, La Roja coach Juan Antonio Pizzi has confirmed. The Arsenal striker missed last week’s goalless draw in Colombia after suffering what the Chile FA described as a “low-grade muscle injury” during training.

Mansfield: Mansfield manager Adam Murray and first-team coaches Karl Hawley and Richard Cooper have left the club. Murray, 35, had been in charge for just short of two years. The club’s announcement was made after talks between Murray and club chairman John Radford following Saturday’s 4-0 League Two defeat at Portsmouth.

Kane: Harry Kane and Tottenham have agreed to put all talks over a new contract on hold as the two parties are at loggerheads, according to The Sun.  The club are apparently refusing to make him one of the highest earners at White Hart Lane, with Hugo Lloris also holding out on signing a new deal.

Notts County: Notts County have refused to comment on speculation the club is in takeover talks with the owners of the New York Yankees. According to Sky Sports, the owners of the most successful team in Major League Baseball history are interested in buying the League Two club, which was put up for sale in February by chairman Ray Tew. The club has remained tight-lipped.

Adriano: CSKA Moscow are interested in signing Milan outcast Luiz Adriano, according to reports in Italy. The Brazilian striker joined the Serie A side last season but despite an excellent start to the 2015 campaign, he has since been struggling for game time. With Lacina Traore expected to leave CSKA in January, the Russian side are considering Adriano to take his place if he moves elsewhere.

Friendly: Poland vs Slovenia 1-1.

Under-21 friendlies: Russia vs Switzerland 2-3; Italy vs Denmark 0-0; France vs England 3-2.
