Ramos: Real Madrid centre-back Sergio Ramos is likely to miss Saturday’s La Liga game at home to Granada after dislocating a shoulder in their Champions League Group A match against Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday. Real did not provide any information on the condition of Wales midfielder Gareth Bale or France centre-back Raphael Varane, who both like Ramos had to be substituted in the 4-0 win over Shakhtar at the Bernabeu stadium.

Inter kit: Serie A leaders Inter will have a third kit for the current season, a yellow and black design, the club said yesterday. Inter announced the new colours will be donned for the first time in the away match against Sampdoria on October 4. The Nike kit is des-cribed as “one of the club’s traditional away looks”, with the Nerazzurri previously having had a yellow away shirt in the 2003-04 season.

Sacked: Russian Premier League side Kuban Krasnodar have sacked coach Dmitry Khokhlov after a disappointing opening to the domestic campaign. Kuban are bottom with four points from eight matches.
