Liverpool: Midfielder Lucas Leiva and defender Mamadou Sakho both return to Liverpool’s squad for tomorrow’s trip to Manchester United. The pair, sidelined for some time with knee and hamstring injuries respectively, both came through an under-21s game unscathed yesterday and have rejoined the first team.

Brisbane: Brisbane Roar moved a step closer to securing the A-League’s Premiers Plate as they registered a 1-1 draw at Sydney FC yesterday. Besart Berisha headed the Roar in front after 23 minutes before Sydney’s Sebastian Ryall headed a 35th-minute equaliser in his first game back from a lengthy injury. The result leaves the Roar 11 points clear at the A-League summit with four games left.

Tottenham: Emmanuel Adebayor, Kyle Walker and Mousa Dembele are all struggling to be fit for Tottenham's north London derby clash with Arsenal tomorrow. Adebayor (knee/ankle) and Walker (groin) featured in Thursday's Europa League 3-1 defeat to Benfica but are a doubt to face the Gunners.

Pochettino: Mauricio Pochettino expects to be at Southampton next season and is looking forward to working with newly-appointed chairman Ralph Krueger. Pochettino was coy when quizzed about his future yesterday morning, but was keen to point that his existing contract runs to the end of the 2014-15 season. “I do have one more year on my contract, don’t I?” he said. “That also doesn’t guarantee anything in football either.”

Scottish Premier: Kilmarnock vs Celtic 0-3.

Prima Divisione ‘A :V. Entella vs Reggiana 1-0.
