Barrios: Guangzhou Evergrande said yesterday that Paraguayan striker Lucas Barrios has joined the Chinese Super League leaders. His former club, Borussia Dortmund, announced in May that Barrios had signed a four-year deal with Marcello Lippi’s Evergrande.

Diego: Diego has revealed his intent to work on his relationship with Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath ahead of his return to the club. Diego said: “There are no problems with Felix Magath. It’s clear that at the beginning we have to sit down together and talk.”

Dossena: Milan are looking to strengthen their squad this summer with the signing of Andrea Dossena, the Napoli winger. It seems that the winger will be released next month if Napoli are successful with the transfer of Aly Cissokho.

Powell: Manchester United are in talks to sign highly-rate Crewe youngster Nick Powell. Alex boss Steve Davis believes the England U-18 international’s repre-sentative is negotiating over a move away from Gresty Road as United head a group of clubs expressing an interest. “Nick is still with us, but I am sure talks are still ongoing with his agent and clubs,” Davis said.

E-Bay fans: A group of Belgian fans, fed up with no team to support at Euro 2012, have found some buyers after they put themselves up for ‘sale’ on eBay – their Dutch neighbours. The fans set up a Facebook group - ‘Belgian fans for sale for Euro 2012’ which has grown to 20,000 members, explaining they needed someone to shout for and would donate any proceedings from a buyer to UNICEF.
