Wanted: A Russian businessman who owns Portsmouth FC appeared in a British court yesterday to hear that Lithuania was trying to secure his extradition over a troubled bank. Vladimir Antonov, 36, is wanted in Lithuania as part of a probe into the activities of Bankas Snoras, of which he is a majority shareholder.

Fortune: West Brom striker Marc-Antoine Fortune has joined Championship side Doncaster on loan. The 30-year-old has linked up with Rovers until January 2, although Albion will be able to instantly recall him once 28 days have lapsed.

Castellazzi: Veteran goalkeeper Luca Castellazzi is likely to earn a new contact at Inter according to his agent. Castellazzi, 36, joined Inter last year as an understudy to first choice keeper Julio Cesar. “Inter are happy with his performances. We still haven’t set up a meeting but I think there are the conditions in place for a renewal,” agent Adriano Rebuffi said.

Obertan: Gabriel Obertan will return to the Newcastle squad for today’s Premier League trip to his former club Man. United. The Frenchman, who has missed the last two games with a toe infection, is expected to be available.

Hibernian: Hibernian have announced the appointment of Pat Fenlon as manager on a two-and-a-half year deal. The 42-year-old has signed a contract to move to Edinburgh from Bohemians until the end of the 2013/14 season.

JENAS: Jermaine Jenas will return to the Aston Villa squad for tomorrow’s Premier League match at Swansea. Jenas was ineligible to face his parent club Tottenham when Villa went down 2-0 at White Hart Lane on Monday.
