I posted a birthday card to my brother Vincent in Canada on June 21 as he celebrated his 80th birthday on July 5.
However, almost a month later the card has not yet arrived. When I complained to Maltapost I was told that mail to Canada is sent to Italy, which is then forwarded to Canada.
Is Maltapost paying for such a service? Cards sent to Canada at Christmas also arrive late.
It seems a shame to throw such money down the drain. Perhaps it is better to send e-cards, which are free and arrive on time.
