Skola Sajf and Klabb 3-16, the State-run summer school whose start was postponed on Monday over staff shortages, will begin tomorrow, the Education Ministry said last night.

The postponement caused chaos as thousands of parents turned up at the schools only to be told they were not going to be offering the service that day.

Disciplinary measures are to be taken against those responsible for the organisation, described by the teachers’ union as disastrous.

Sixty-three centres will cater for 10,800 children.
