Shireburn Software is exhibiting its Concessionaire Analyser+ solution for the airport sector at three international conferences and exhibitions over seven weeks. The company was represented in a trade event in Singapore just last week.

Managing director John de Giorgio addressed the ACI Economics and Finance Conference in Singapore. He gave a presentation on maximising retail and food and beverage performance through the use of business intelligence.

Shireburn Software will now exhibit at three other events next month: the Passenger Terminal World in Geneva; ACI Regional Airports Conference and Exhibition in Lyon; and ACI Europe Airport Trading Conference in Hamburg.

“Shireburn’s CA+ software solution brings significant added value to airports at a time when they are increasingly looking at maximising the contribution from the retail and food and beverage operations in their terminals,” Mr de Giorgio explained.

CA+ allows airports to collect sales data from the retail and food and beverage concessions in their terminals and to use the CA+ Business Intelligence module to analyse such data. Through detailed analysis of sales per flight, by destination, per passenger flown and product category, airports are able to work with their concessionaires to boost retail and food and beverage sales and revenues for the airport.

The business intelligence components of CA+ are also used within the Shireburn business suite, which supports inventory, accounting and payroll and human resources operations. This allows companies to analyse their performance across multiple channels of their operations allowing greater insight into trends and performance.
