The Jesuit Centre for Ignatian Spirituality is organising a residential group weekend session in sensitivity training at Mount St Joseph Retreat House, Tarġa Gap, Mosta, from October 11 to 13. Only eight participants can be accommodated.

The session enables participants to enhance self-awareness through personal sharing with other group members; to develop their human potential by becoming more open and sensitive to others; and to live the relationships they have with others in a more authentic manner. This will take place in an atmosphere of openness yet confidentiality and respect towards each participant’s autonomy without any kind of imposition.

It will be led by Fr Alfred Micallef, SJ, who has a post-master’s degree in Pastoral Counselling and a doctorate in Spiritual Theology. His thesis was an analysis of the psychological dynamics in spiritual groups.
