Alter Domus, a leading European provider of Fund and Corporate Services, have appointed Amanda Cini, Nicole Demicoli and Victoria Ann Muscat senior managers.

Ms Cini is HR senior manager. She joined Alter Domus in October 2015. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies and Psychology together with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Social Work and a Masters in Human Resource Management and Development.

Other appointments included managers and senior officers

Ms Demicoli is a funds senior manager. She joined the company in January 2016. Her principle focus is on the co-ordination of the legal and corporate company secretarial functions of the investment vehicles. Ms Demicoli holds a degree in Law from the University of Malta (Doctor of Laws) and a Master’s in Financial Services Law from the University of Malta. She has been admitted as a member of the Maltese Bar in 2010 and in 2013 she was awarded a Diploma in Maltese and Inter-national Taxation by the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Ms Muscat is a senior manager in one of the corporate services team at Alter Domus and she also manages a portfolio of clients. She joined the company in December 2014. Ms Muscat is a qualified accountant holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta and she is also currently reading for a Professional Certification in Taxation (Cert. Tax) offered by the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Martina Borg, Mark Borg, Andrea Debattista, Nadine Pace, Mariestell Dalli and Delphine Attard were promoted to managers, while Philip Galea, Alejandro Sanchez, Carmelo Borg, Keith Brincat and Eleazer Borg were promoted from officer to senior officer.

The company caters for international private equity and infrastructure houses, real estate firms, multinationals, private clients and private debt managers.
