A seminar on combating late payment in commercial transactions will help members of the business community understand their rights, benefits and limitations under the EU Directive in business-to-business and business-to-government dealings.

Organised by the Malta Association of Credit Management in collaboration with the European Commission Representation in Malta, the seminar will be held at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Floriana, on February 14 between 1.30 and 5pm.

It is beneficial to legal professionals, credit management practitioners, financial controllers, and students of business, commerce, banking and law.

The seminar will focus on understanding the objectives of the Directive and its transposition to Maltese law, the Maltese credit environment and the Directive’s implementation in Malta.

Participants will be provided with literature and a networking opportunity.

Booking is required by February 12. Information is available at www.macm.org.mt.
