I, Daniel Blake by renowned British film director Ken Loach is being screened again tomorrow at St James Cavalier.

Typical of Loach, this film is once again a blunt and honest depiction of contemporary society as it tells the fictional story of middle-aged widower Blake, a carpenter, living in northeast England who cannot work or get benefits despite his physical predicament after his recent heart attack.

The film has given Loach his best-ever results at the box office.

■ I, Daniel Blake is screening tomorrow at St James Cavalier in Valletta at 9pm. The film is certified 12 and over.
