For the second year running, the Sliema Local Council and Add More Colours are holding the Sliema Street Art Festival, bringing together a host of local and foreign street artistes to showcase their best works of art.
The festival will be spread over a number of areas showcasing a diversity of music genres, from chill-out to reggae and from live bands to alternative music. All these events will take place on the beach stretch from the Taormina area to Fond Għadir.
Most of the visual art exhibits will be concentrated on the stretch of promenade from the Carmelite convent up to Surfside, so that strollers along the promenade will have the chance to see the various artistes performing their spray, chalk and 3D art magic.
The Sliema Street Art Festival takes place between July 18 and 20.
The festival is supported by the Malta Tourism Authority.
