Eight medals and six merits went to 11 members of the db San Antonio Hotel at the Malta Kulinarja 2016 culinary championship, which took place at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali. Competing against five-star hotel chefs, the members of the team scooped up three silver medals, five bronze and six merits in various categories.

General manager Brad-ley Dingli said he was very proud of the hotel’s team of chefs who performed so well and managed to excel.
