A truly respectable lady with a noble heart, who appreciated every single favour.
She was always ready to help and give her angelic smile, the kind of person everyone would want as a neighbour.
Ms Barbara was a truly kind and appreciative person, nice, polite, gentle, humble and loyal to everyone.
After my mother died, she treated me like her own daughter and I loved her like my own mother.
She has always been my neighbour, ever since I was a baby. I am so thankful to God for giving me such a wonderful neighbour, for so many years.
She was always thankful to me for passing on her husband’s In Memoriam to the Times of Malta, where I used to work. She really missed her husband, who also had a noble heart and gentle character. They were a perfect match.
I believe she is still close to me from heaven, although I can feel and sense the void when I walk past her house on my way to church. I am sure she is now in a better place, where she belongs.
I am sure all her family members are a true testimony of the loving care they received from their loving mum and dad.
I augur that all parents, sons and daughters take this family’s good example to heart.
