Indoor play centres for children will soon have to adhere to safety standards as the Government announced a consultation process on the matter.

A draft of the standards was drawn up by the consumer authority after a request by the Children’s Commissioner Helen d’Amato.

Consumer Minister Helena Dalli said the safety of young consumers should be given maximum attention.
