It was my pleasure to attend my son’s first graduation at the University. I was a bit disappointed when an accident occurred while I was seated. During the ceremony I was struck by a Blackberry that fell from the balcony onto my shoulder. I was not even offered an apology.

Shouldn’t there be a rule that during activities no mobile phones should be permitted in the balcony? What if there had been a child? What would the consequences have been?
