A new branch of Remax Malta has opened, overlooking the Yacht Marina in Msida.

As the latest Remax Malta franchise, the Remax Alliance Marina office will provide a fully-comprehensive real estate service, including property sales, as well as residential and commercial letting.

Remax Alliance Group co-franchise owner Michael Bonello has partnered with Jay Jay Micallef, Fabian Debono and Brian Magri to run the office. Fabian Debono will also manage the branch.

The Remax Alliance Marina office will serve to strengthen the brand in central areas, and will join the network of branches in other prime locations across Malta, including Tigné, San Ġwann, Mosta, St Julian’s and The Strand.

The office’s premium position near transport links to the Junior Lyceum also puts it within an ideal catchment area for students who are first-time buyers, as well as for the many people who drive past daily heading towards Floriana and Valletta.

Currently accommodating eight agents, the Remax Alliance Marina office is now recruiting to increase to a capacity of 20.
