Re/Max Malta recently launched a new training programme – Masters Edge – to be delivered over 10 weeks throughout May, June and July. Twenty-three Re/Max associates and managers enrolled for this advanced training programme.

Training will be delivered by Richard Robbins, internationally acclaimed speaker, business coach and master sales trainer, and will be mentored in Malta by James Busuttil, franchise owner of Re/Max Central, who completed a Train the Trainer course in Austria.

Participants will undergo interactive and classroom training. The comprehensive course includes 12 audio CDs, a 146-page workbook, interactive DVDs featuring Robbins and comprehensive content, from business and sale mastery to managing your own finances.

Re/Max Malta director Jeffrey Buttigieg said he could almost refer to the programme as a Master’s in the real estate business.

Statistics have shown that associates who have completed this programme have gone to become top sales associates in their region. Other statistics show an average increase of sales by 41 per cent.

Malta will be the first region in Europe to introduce this programme. Karrie-Ann Sheppard, vice-president of Richard Robbins International, said “we are very excited to launch this programme in Malta and eventually throughout Europe. We have tested this training in other markets and are convinced Malta will be another example of our success.”

The course will be delivered once a year as part of the Re/Max Malta Training curriculum, which also includes ‘Succeed’ and the ‘Career Development Model’.
