The latest MSV Life National League rolls on at the Eden SuperBowl, with week three seeing leaders Ramis eke out a two-point cushion having claimed an 8-0 win over Supreme.

Turu’s Knights were also big winners against MIA to advance to second, while okmalta.com slipped to third after dropping two points in their win over St James Hospital.

There were two tied clashes among the week’s fixtures, namely Rogantino’s vs The Clan, and Fina vs J. Grima & Sons.

Ramis’s big win against Supreme allowed them to put a marginal space between them and the rest of the field.

Supreme may as well have taken the night off as Ramis began the rout with an easy 816-702 win before going 4-0 up with an even better 866-730 win in game two.

Ramis were heading for the series of the week, and achieved it (2,511) with their 829-748 game three win.

MIA came a cropper against the Knights who had an easy time taking the early points, winning the first two games 753-685 and 755-685. Game three was the closest, but Turu’s clinched it 759-721.

Bowlers of the week: Rankin Camilleri (Ramis, 656); Melissa Swift (J. Grima & Sons, 541).

Division One: Ramis 22, Turu’s Knights 20, okmalta.com 20, Fina 16, J. Grima & Co 14, Rogantino’s 12, The Clan 6, Supreme 6, St James 4, MIA 0.
