QPR underlined their promotion credentials with a superb 3-1 win at play-off hopefuls Ipswich after scoring three second-half goals, yesterday.

Niko Kranjcar skipped into the area to calmly find the bottom corner in the 52nd minute before Gary O’Neil reacted quickest to a rebound for number two.

The points were safe when Armand Traore took advantage of some indecisive defending from Tommy Smith before the Town centre-back atoned slightly with a wonderfully acrobatic consolation goal as the game headed into injury time.
