Hosting its 11th annual Global Residence and Citizenship Conference in Hong Kong, Henley & Partners attracts 500 international delegates from over 40 countries. It brings together senior government officials, leading academics and industry professionals, as well as top-tier financial and business media. This year’s event focused on presenting first-hand information on the latest developments in residence and citizenship planning.

Quicklets and Zanzi Homes (QLZH) group CEO and co-founder Steve Mercieca attended the event. “It’s a great networking opportunity for our company and for Malta,” said Mr Mercieca.

The conference welcomes premium delegate profiles and its exclusivity provides prodigious networking opportunities with the industry elite.

“Malta’s highly attractive features should be the focus of the discussion, harbouring the right economic milieu to meet the demands of the global property investment market. Malta is a safe country, strategically positioned in the middle of the Mediterranean, offering a mild climate, a growing economy and admirable working conditions. Apart from offering high-quality education and high standards of healthcare, Malta has a diverse economy, a liberal foreign investment policy and it engages widely in trade with Europe, Asia and Africa.”

The group has grown exponentially in the past year, particularly in the exclusive property market through the Zanzi Luxury Homes branch. It focuses on high-end properties and has gathered a range of properties aimed at high-net worth individuals and ultra-high-net with individuals. The QLZH group has also opened branches, such as Fgura and Naxxar, which have already begun operating with considerable success. The Meridien and San Gwann branches, set up this year, have also contributed highly to the listing of these high-end properties.

“We aim to accommodate more clients in different areas. Now with a branch in the south, and more to come, we have a better reach of clients looking to buy properties in these areas. We recently opened in Qawra and St Paul’s bay, both branches offering sales and letting services”, Mr Mercieca said.
