I found the news item that appeared on June 1 under the title ‘Vast majority of 300 caught urinating in public were men’ somewhat amusing.

On the other hand, I couldn’t help asking myself some pertinent questions, like:

What is the real situation of our public toilets?

Are there enough, are they clean and well-equipped with toilet paper, soap, hand-driers?

What is the impression made on tourists who need to use them?

Do such public toilets reflect a nation that respects its citizens and its tourists?
