Camilleri Wines’ Pianoforte range recently won a bronze medal at the Food and Hotel China fair 2012.

The novelty of Pianoforte lies in the fact that this range is specially designed for restaurants. The winning wine (2010) features a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Tempranillo.

The fair is the most important trade expo for the global food and hospitality sector in China. Held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong , it is targeted exclusively at professionals.

Camilleri Wines general manager Louie Camilleri said: “It is a great achievement for Camilleri Wines to be recognised and awarded in China. This shows a great potential for our product, since all our wines are made of 100 per cent Maltese grapes.”
