The Phoenicia Hotel, Malta’s longest-established five-star hotel, has been honoured once again with the Award for Excellence by Thomas Cook UK. The prize rewards those hotels featured in Thomas Cook brochures and guides that exceed traveller expectations – from service and standards to facilities and food.
