A business succeeds not because it is long established or because it is big but because there are men and women in it who live it, sleep it, dream it, and build great future plans for it.

Good leadership in the modern age requires an attitude and a sort of behaviour that characterise and relate to humanity. Leadership sometimes comes to people later in life and this is no bad thing. Humanity tends to be a generational characteristic.

There is no real obstacle to people who seek to become leaders if leadership is approached with proper integrity. Anyone can be a leader if s/he is suitably driven to a particular cause.

Management philosophy is a way of life.

The most important asset of a business is its employees.

No business operates without employees. No business can achieve its potential unless each employee has the ability and the right to achieve his/her individual potential.

Managers and management researchers have long believed that organisational goals are unattainable without the enduring commitment of members of the organisations.

Motivation is a human psychological characteristic that contributes to a person’s degree of commitment (Stoke, 1999).

I believe diversity and inclusivity make teams better.
