In late November, we had a kitchen installed, which we had purchased in May. The installation looks superb except for one door that needs seeing to, simply by adjusting a screw. I contacted the suppliers and was told that they could only help me in two weeks’ time. I said that was unacceptable as we would be going abroad before then.

I called them and was informed that they were busy and did not have time to make the adjustment.

Of course, they were quite happy to accept my money but now have no time for me. They are the first suppliers that have not offered any after-sales service.
