Tikka Masala drumsticks/wings

Serves 4
Preparation time: two hours
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: moderate

Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks or wings (skin removed)
2 tbsp Patak’s Tikka Masala Paste
1 tbsp thick natural yoghurt (Greek yoghurt)
1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander for garnish

Method

In a bowl, mix together Patak’s Tikka Masala Paste, the yoghurt and coriander.

Add the chicken drumsticks or wings and marinate well. Cover and leave in a refrigerator for a minimum of two hours (overnight, if possible).

Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook on a barbecue.

Sprinkle with some fresh, chopped coriander before serving. Serve with a crisp babyleaf salad.
