After the success of last year’s Passion play, Kristu fi Strada Stretta, Carlos Farrugia and Joseph Galea are this year staging Passjoni tad-Duluri at St James Cavalier in Valletta.

The play revolves around three women who recount episodes in their lives, bringing the audience face to face with today’s realities, involving daily sufferings.

Interpreting these characters are Veronica Farrugia, Antonella Galea Loffreda and Sarah Camilleri. Raisa Borg and Ryan Galea are also taking part.

Other roles will be played by Joseph Galea who wrote the script and Farrugia who is directing the play. Live music will be provided by Mark Spiteri Lucas and Augusto Quintano.

The play is on today, tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday and on Maundy Thursday at 8pm, and on Good Friday at 10.30am. The production is supported by Valletta Foundation 2018, the Valletta council and Spazju Kreattiv.
