Sr Theresa Agius Rscj has gone to rest in the Lord. Her passing away was a blow and a terrible loss to all, especially to those who worked with her in the field of education.

She was a great, dedicated teacher who was able to give much of herself with the instruction she so lovingly imparted. When the Rosary School reopened in 1955, she was at the gate eagerly waiting to welcome the few classes transferred from St Julian’s primary school – a little nun with a great heart.

She immediately set to workin establishing her kingdom of love.

As a result, her school became a happy working place both for teachers and pupils – a school with difference. After her retirement, she was still the caring mother to all who had met her. Throughout the years she kept contact with her staff and pupils even when she was getting weaker, quietly waiting for the Lord’s call. May the Good Lord she served so faithfully reward her with everlasting peace and joy.
