The Nationalist Party has appointed a board to oversee its political and commercial operations, in line with amendments made to the party’s statute earlier this year.

PN leader Simon Busuttil yesterday said this initiative was another step in the party’s restructuring process.

The board is headed by Franz Wirth, the financial director of Intercomp Group, a leading IT company.

Malcolm Custò, Isabelle Vella, Eugenio Privitelli and Mario Galea are the other board members.
