Since I don’t have my own method of transportation yet, I’m forced to use Arriva to go about my daily business. It has been incredibly difficult lately with all the misinformation I’ve been getting from Arriva staff.

What’s the use of having three or more idle dispatchers at a terminal if all of them give different answers to your query?

In my last incident a few days ago, I had to catch two different buses just to go to Msida from Ċirkewwa when there were two direct route buses waiting at the terminal.

I was given three different times of departure of both buses by three different Arriva dispatchers. My Arriva monthly card was also registered with wrong information more than once, resulting in me having to pay the ticket fare due to sheer incompetence. Not to mention that the X1 bus also has a habit of missing its last trip to Ċirkewwa.

These are obviously some of the many issues I’ve encountered ever since Arriva took over public transportation in Malta.
