St Nicholas College Boys Seconday of Naxxar has teamed up with Golden Harvest in a traditional Easter figolla (pastry) challenge in aid of Puttinu Cares.

Claimed to be the largest ever, the figolla is in the shape of a lamb and measures three metres by three emtres. It will be sold to the public in portions at The Point in Sliema on Tuesday between 9.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m.

Picture shows students and teachers at the Golden Harvest factory in San Ġwann where they went to see the figolla, which still has to be decorated.
