European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker was very angry because he felt offended by a nearly empty house when Prime Minister Joseph Muscat addressed the European Parliament the other day.

I think the lack of attendance was a very diplomatic move by the great majority of the members because they felt snubbed by the European Commission when they disregarded their huge vote during the Leo Brincat grilling.

Juncker should bear in mind that, at times, people do not easily forget.
