In June 2010, we, the undersigned actors, were approached by a production company to participate in a TV series entitled Rih Isfel on Net TV. It wasn’t the first time that we were assigned an acting part with this production house. Four months of filming followed, which included travelling to the locations using our transport, our own costumes and spending long hours filming various scenes. Some of us had calls for practically four to five days a week, weekends included and often until late at night.

The TV series started on Net TV in the winter schedule of that same year. A year followed after the series ended and no money was ever received from the production company. A couple of us contacted the producers and were informed that the company was in a dispute with Net TV, stating that this TV station refused (for some reason) to honour their commitment. In return we stated that our arrangements were made with the production house and not with Net TV.

We are approaching the end of 2012 and have still received no remuneration for our work. We are writing this hoping that the producers realise that we are still waiting.
