A 47-year-old man from Mosta was yesterday given a nine-month jail term suspended for 18 months after he admitted threatening to kill a man.

Felix Fenech also pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm and unlicensed ammunition. The court withdrew his firearm licence for five years and confiscated the weapon. Inspector Sandra Zammit prosecuted.
