Maltese rock band Explicit is back with a new single, Train, and an accompanying music video. The enhanced CD single release includes both audio and video formats of the song along with a number of the band’s previous singles, among them Sunny Again, Shame and Daydreaming.

Train was recorded at Doyaya Studios in Hamrun with producer Boris Cezek, who was also involved in most of the band’s recordings to date.

The video for the song was produced by Talon Picture House under the direction of Lorry Sultana, with computerised artistic and camera work by Kirk Attard.

The video is also the first of its kind for a Maltese band as it is practically composed of computerised artwork, except for the visuals portraying the band members.

This new release underlines what has been another good year for Explicit, who besides giving various live performances around the island, was also one of the finalists in the Hard Rock Rising 2012 competition. The launch of the Train single and video will be held this Wednesday at Zion, overlooking St Thomas Bay in Marsascala.
