The European Agency for Special Needs and Inclusive Education has been commissioned by the government to carry out a thorough review of all inclusion policies across State, Church and independent schools.

Addressing a news conference, Education Minister Evarist Bartolo yesterday said that this will be the third review since 1997.

However, it is the first time it will be carried out by an external body which is completely autonomous from the government.
