Megabyte, one of the pioneering ICT systems companies in Malta, has just launched the Micros-Fidelio Ovation, a complete point-of-sale solution with tools for restaurant operations and guest services.
The company said this has been specifically packaged and priced for the small to medium-sized catering establishments and purchasing Micros Ovation means increased efficiency, speed of service, and ultimately a better guest experience for customers.
The launch took place at the Megabyte premises in Mosta and included a hands-on workshop and wine tasting session for a specific number of catering establishment owners.
The workshop was opened by Kevin Micallef, head of hospitality business unit at Megabyte, who gave an overview of the new system and explained how it offers a holistic restaurant system, which is built according to the requirements of the catering establishment according to what is needed and used. It may even be expanded in time with business growth.
The attendees then had the opportunity to see how Micros Ovation works and try it out themselves, followed by the wine tasting session.
