Raju Arjal is the new Indian chef at the Temptasian rooftop restaurant at The Palace Hotel, Sliema.

Arjal, who studied hospitality management and food preparation in one of Nepal’s leading development institutes, obtaining a Grade A certificate, has put together a new and exciting menu with a range of Indian dishes, a pleasant alternative to the usual Asian fare every Wednesday night.

Commenting on the new appointment, Temptasian executive chef Joseph Xuereb said: “Arjal’s vast experience, creativity and enthusiasm will enhance the success and reputation of Temptasian restaurant.”

He will be introducing a few popular Indian dishes such as Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Rojonjost.
