A new Quicklets and Zanzi Homes office was recently opened in Naxxar, targeting business and welcoming clients looking to rent, buy or sell property.

Paul Borg, who has been working in the industry for eight years, is its manager.

“I was primarily inspired when I rented my first apartment when I was 18. I love real estate and now that I’m managing this branch I have the opportunity to spread that love by training new people in the field,” he said.

“Operating from Naxxar is great and convenient for many clients, considering it’s close to the northern and southern areas of Malta. We’re getting both local and foreign clients walking into our office.”

The real estate group now manages 17 offices.

“Expanding to other areas in Malta, we are able to accommodate more clients, especially in those areas experiencing a high demand,” said Steve Mercieca, CEO and co-founder of both brands.

“This branch is headed, once again, by a top-performing agent. I’m extremely pleased that Paul has taken this opportunity to grow and undertake more responsibilities.
