John Falzon has graduated with an MSc in Educational Leadership with distinction from the University of Leicester, UK.
As part of his studies Mr Falzon conducted a national study entitled ‘Promoting secondary school students’ lifelong engagement in physical activity: leading change through quality physical education’.
His research was based on all local senior State secondary schools and adopted a mixed methods approach characterised by a sequential explanatory design to shed light on the intricate and interrelated issues surrounding the quality implementation of the subject.
A seminar to disseminate his research findings will be held in the coming weeks.
The degree was part-funded by the Malta Government Scholarship Scheme.
