Thanks are due to the Victoria local council for an excellent use of resources!

The elderly and sick, carers, parents with infants and those who had to report for work on Thursday morning are surely grateful for the celebration at St Augustine Square on Wednesday going on till well after midnight.

The organisers are to be congratulated for arriving at such a high - and discordant – decibel level that windows and walls could be checked for rockiness through continuous vibrations.

Moreover these technical achievements allowed ‘citizens outside the realm’ (in Kercem, Fontana and still further away) to savour this heavenly music.

All are obviously aware that this site is traditionally referred to as Tomb Square and that the tent was set up adjacent to the old ‘French’ cemetery: was this an attempt to awaken the dead?!
