Over the past years the demand for the world-famous Black Aberdeen Angus beef has grown to such an extent that it is now available in most butcher shops. Or so we think!
Some unscrupulous butchers are just using the name to exploit the consumer who has no or very little way to verify the facts and has to accept their word that the product displayed is genuine Black Angus.
No certification is shown or displayed and even if it was, how and what goes to verify the facts and stop unscrupulous butchers from serving other inferior meats and charging exorbitant prices?
